Self esteem

Hi everyone!:)

Today I´m going to be talking about self esteem.

In my highschool, there are mean persons too.
Yesterday, I felt pretty bad because my classmates were not kind with me. They were criticizing me because I made a mistake, it wasn´t a big mistake and we all do them! I felt kind of alone too.  But... my wonderful parents gave me some really good advices I want to share with you. They told me to keep my head up, because I´m not doing anything bad to anyone and I shouldn´t be shy because I don´t steal and I´m not  making  feel anyone bad. They told me that being "popular" it´s not always good, and if people say I´m  a "nerd" I should take it as a compliment. I really care about having good grades and studying. There are a lot of people in this world that doesn´t have this opportunities so we, the ones that have this big opportunity of learning, why are we disregarding it?.

As I said in my latest post, if you have a dream try to make it real (if you think you´re dream is a good one, and will help others). My dream is to help other people and I know for sure that´s what I´m going to do. I´m going to work hard and make it real! That´s what you have to think too.

Here are some famous people that once have been told they weren´t good enough:

1-Jennifer Lawrence:

People told her she wasn´t skinny enough for Hollywood. Now she´s an actress, winner of lots of awards, she has winned  even an Oscar!

2-Michael Jordan:

Michael Jordan got fired from his highschool basketball team. Years later, he became the most famous basketball player.

And there are many more... If you´re interested in see more examples go to:

And remember: WORK HARD TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.KEEP YOUR HEAD UP, YOU´RE NOT STEALING OR DOING ANY BAD THING TO ANYONE.

Thank you so much for your time.

Comments about movies 2

Hi guys!
Today I´m going to comment the movie: "Joy". Hope you like it!
Joy:

Joy is a mother of two children that has invented a new mop. One day, she met QVC executive Neil Walker. Neil, impressed by Joy´s product decides to make a first infomercial, but it doesn´t go well. Joy asks for another opportunity but this time she is going to be showing everyone her product. People start calling and buying her product. And after some years, she runs a succesful business, and help people sell creative and useful products, as her was.

I love this movie! I love seeing people that have dreams like the one Joy had (to help people and win some money to rise her kids and to pay debts) and to fight for make it true. People keep telling her that her product isn´t good enough, but she knows it is. Joy wants to be herself, she doesn´t want to wear fancy clothes or any expensive accesorize which I think is great. I felt really identified.
Jennifer Lawrence did a great job! I can not think about any other actress to play Joy.

It was a little bit long but I still recommend it to every person that has a dream and wants to make it true and for the ones that don´t belive their dreams will be real. Guys, if you think your dreams are good ones and will help others, try to make them real!
Here´s the trailer of the movie:

Comments about movies

Hi everyone! Today I´m going to comment some movies. Hope you like it!:)

1-My name is Khan:

"My name is Khan" is an Indian drama directed by Karan Johar. It´s about a man, called Rizwan Khan  that grows up having Asperger syndrome. When his mother died, he had to move to San Francisco and there he met a woman  named Mandira, and felt in love with her. Later, they got married. They were really happy but something bad happened and Mandira said that if he wants to be with her again , he will have to speak to the president and tell him his not a terrorist.

It´s a sad movie, but at the same time beautiful. It inspires you to be a better person and to help others.

2-Perfect match:

Perfect match is an  American romantic comedy. A wedding planner and an event planner have to work together to plan a wedding but while they are doing it, they start to fall in love with each other. She has a child, a bussiness and don´t want to date anyone. He loves travelling and adventure.  Even if they are pretty different, they become a perfect match.

It´s very entertaining and romantic.  I already saw it 3 times!
